Embroidery on hats works a little differently than on shirts. The space we can stitch on a hat is smaller: 4 inches wide by 2 inches high (about half the height of a shirt logo). Because of this, not every shirt logo will fit on a hat. If your logo is taller than 2 inches, we may need to adjust it, such as using a horizontal version, removing small text, or simplifying the design. After you place your order, we'll set up your logo for hats and send you a proof. You'll be able to review it, request changes, and approve it before anything is produced. Nothing gets made until you're happy with how it looks.

With 1x1 rib knit at the top and 3x3 rib knit at the bottom edge, this fleece-lined beanie is a warm, laid-back favorite. A tonal embroidered New Era flag adds subtle character.
